Yoga Feminine Flow
This 2 hour Menstrual Flow Workshop is designed for women and teens who experience irregular cycles, fertility complications, endometriosis, cysts and irregular painful cycles and disconnection with them self. Available Saturdays every second month.
Inclusions:

~Gentle Yoga Therapy Class for Hormonal regulation
~Yin Breath Work practice
~Relaxation & Meditation
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, pen and journal, comfy fitted clothing.
