At Spirit Oak Wellness we are passionate about Yoga Therapy & Nervous System Regulation… a place where your body can exhale, enjoy movement , feel less overwhelmed and embody a more balanced and harmonious version of yourself. We support:

Our private transformational Yoga Classes for Tweens and Teens aim to inspire, support, educate & develop the skills and awareness of personal growth using restorative postures and therapy, meditation, breathing and education to contribute towards the whole development of the person.

Yoga Therapy Reset Program

Our 6 or 8 week Wellness programs are created for 5-17 year olds and adults is created through age-appropriate practices including guided exercises and coaching methods, to develop stronger bodies & minds through movement, energy and mindset.

Our approach centres on nurturing the whole person to grow healthier by utilising carefully selected, proven tools and practices. These methods intentionally connect the mind and body, fostering a deeper sense of balance and support overall well-being in a holistic and sustainable way.  We help various ages from 5years old to adulthood embody the version of themselves that builds healthier minds and bodies where they are able to function in day to day life, feeling more confident, grounded and happy.

Meet Sarah

The founder of Spirit Oak Wellness, Sarah is a trained kids Yoga Teacher and Therapist whose healing journey, shaped by challenges and a 2020 awakening, led her to embrace holistic practices uniting mind, body, and spirit. Through continuous education and self practice she helps guide children and women toward more balance and self-awareness.

What do I wear at for a class?

Bike pants or fitted gym wear is preferable as it doesn’t get in the way. We recommend you wear grip socks or go bare foot hair tied back for your comfort.

What to bring?

Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Soft Prop, Journal & Pen,
Eye Mask and Bolster – Optional

Can I pay on the day?

We recommend paying in full through our booking system to ensure a spot is available.

This can be done through credit card or Bank Transfer.

Can I attend if I have any Physical Injuries?

It is recommended that you don’t attend a class if you currently have a physical injury, however please consult your doctor stating the best solution forward.
