Spiritual Connection
Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses the power of controlled breathing to awaken the flow of chi. I use a combination of techniques to activate the soul essence of who you are. Repairing stress levels and rebalancing overall physical and emotional wellbeing. I help provide a safe and supportive space where exploring the depths of your breath’s potential just became the “new normal”.
BODY WORKSHOPS
The Grounding Spirit
The Grounding Spirit is a combination of practices to shift energy out through our body. Using meditative body scanning and earthly elements such as yoga flow and corrective movement, we can work with the whole body, aligning cognitive dissonance, increasing body strength and harmonising mental and emotional wellbeing.

Meet Sarah
The founder of Spirit Oak Wellness, Sarah is a trained kids Yoga Teacher and Therapist whose healing journey, shaped by challenges and a 2020 awakening, led her to embrace holistic practices uniting mind, body, and spirit. Through continuous education and self practice she helps guide children and women toward more balance and self-awareness.

Bike pants or fitted gym wear is preferable as it doesn’t get in the way. We recommend you wear grip socks or go bare foot hair tied back for your comfort.
Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Soft Prop, Journal & Pen,

We recommend paying in full through our booking system to ensure a spot is available.
This can be done through credit card or Bank Transfer.
It is recommended that you don’t attend a class if you currently have a physical injury, however please consult your doctor stating the best solution forward.
