Spirit Oak Wellness helps shatter those illusions through energy work and embodied practices uncovering patterns and light within, unlocking hidden gifts, recognition, wisdom and prosperity.

Yoga Therapy Class
Women’s Yoga Therapy
A one hour class over 4 weeks to focus on back strength and Kidney Meridian and balance the nervous system. An expansive gathering for women to rest and reset whilst moving the body and improve core strength and balance.

My approach involves space weaving and movement where we activate expansion and embodiment using energy alchemy and grounding ritual, A space for transformation and frequency unite together revealing a more authentic version of who you are.

Meet Sarah
The founder of Spirit Oak Wellness, Sarah is a trained kids Yoga Teacher and Therapist whose healing journey, shaped by challenges and a 2020 awakening, led her to embrace holistic practices uniting mind, body, and spirit. Through continuous education and self practice she helps guide children and women toward more balance and self-awareness.

Bike pants or fitted gym wear is preferable as it doesn’t get in the way. We recommend you wear grip socks or go bare foot hair tied back for your comfort.
Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Soft Prop, Journal & Pen,
Eye Mask and Bolster – Optional
We recommend paying in full through our booking system to ensure a spot is available.
This can be done through credit card or Bank Transfer.
It is recommended that you don’t attend a class if you currently have a physical injury, however please consult your doctor stating the best solution forward.
