The Breathing Evolution
Reconnect with the power of your breath as we gather for an online 45 minute conscious breathing experience. This online workshop for Teens includes an introductory talk about the Nervous System, nasal breathing and belly breathing techniques to help calm and cleanse mind, body and spirit, reconnecting with ourselves where we feel more grounded and peaceful. Appropriate age 14-17 years.
